Poetry: Do Not Abandon Love

Come to me, for darkness consumes

as the shroud of blackness falls

Open is my gate

Come to me, and end your sojourn

Quiet is my garden

with fragrant blooms

Come to me, our souls entwined

An oasis awaits

wellsprings of delight

Come to me, do not abandon love

for passion consumes

this desolate sojourn

entwined in destiny
